PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Payment is due prior to the start of the workshop 2. All payments must be made prior to the start of the event. Cash (South African Rands) and credit cards will be accepted on site should payment not be made prior to the event 3. Please make payment once you have received this invoice; please ensure that all transfers have clear reference to the delegates being paid for e.g. Surname and unique ref number 4. Delegates attending from countries outside South Africa are requested to make payment in South African Rands (ZAR) and are responsible for any bank charges. The invoiced amount must appear in the conference bank account prior to the start of the conference. Should this not be the case, the delegate will need to settle their account in cash on site before being allowed to participate in the event 5. Please ensure that all payments make clear reference to the delegate being paid for, with their unique reference number (Surname and ref number) 6. All payments must be made payable to GSSA CANCELLATIONS 1. All cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Secretariat (Charne@soafrica.com) 2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 1 August 2017 3. No-shows at the conference will still be liable to pay the registration fee if not done so already 4. All refunds due will only be issued after the Conference 5. The Organising Committee reserves the right to decline a request for refund
