TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. All registration fees must be paid by 26 October 2020.
2. Institutions that might not be able to pay by 26 October 2020 must provide a valid Purchase Order.  
3. All purchase orders must be paid within 30 days of the conclusion of the Indaba
4. By registering for the Indaba you personally accept responsibility for the payment of the invoice. Should payment not be made once the Indaba has commenced, you will have 30 days to finalise payment for your attendance, provided you submitted a valid purchase order to the organisers.
5. Proof of payment must be emailed to charne@soafrica.com  or manager@liasa.org.za 
6. Official receipts will only be issued upon written request after proof of payment has been received, and the payment has been cleared and been identified in the conference bank account.  
7. Please use the reference number provided on the invoice when payment is made.
8. Monies outstanding from previous conferences must be settled before you will be allowed access to the Indaba.
9. A paid delegate who is not able to attend the conference anymore needs to notify the organisers in writing prior to the Indaba.  You will be allowed to send a substitute provided the substitute is in the same registration category as you are.  The paid fee will be increased to the relevant fee if the first delegate is substituted with a delegate that is in a different category with a higher fee. The paid fee will remain as it is for the first delegate if the substitute delegate is in a cheaper category than the first delegate.


10. Cancellation policy:
a. All cancellations, including a motivation for cancelling, must be received by the conference secretariat in writing via email.
b. Any paid cancellations received in writing by 25 October 2020 will be result in a 50% refund of the paid fees.
c. Refunds will only be issued after the conference has taken place.
d. No shows will be liable for full payment.
