When booking via our online e-ticketing platform, we collect your name, address, card details, phone number, and email to process and manage your booking. We may also ask where you heard about the event. Your personal information will not be used for marketing unless you consent or as permitted under our GDPR policy. Terms and Conditions

  1. Registration and Payment

    • All registrations must be completed online. Submission of the registration form confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

    • Registration is confirmed only once full payment is received. Payment must be made before the start of the conference.

    • Payment may be made securely online by credit card or via bank transfer (invoice provided after registration).

    • Proof of payment must be emailed to Lea Patience (lea@soafrica.com)

Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Lea Patience (lea@soafrica.com)

    • Before 30 June 2026: Full refund minus a R500 admin fee
    • After 1 July 2026: No refunds
  • Registrations after 1 July 2026 are non-refundable and payable in full

Conference Cancellation

If the conference is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control (force majeure), the organiser will not be liable for losses, including travel or accommodation costs. Fees may be held for a future event or refunded less unrecoverable costs.
