Terms and Conditions:

  1. Access to the SASBMB Conference 2024 will only be confirmed on receipt of payment. 
  2. Payment is due prior to the start of the Conference. 
  3. Please ensure that all payments make clear reference to the attendee being paid for.
  4. You will receive Conference information on the email address you provide on this form. 
  5. The registration information provided on this form will be used for Registration and Conference marketing / information purposes only.
  6. Photos taken at the Conference will be used for SASBMB's marketing purposes. 
  7. Early bird rates apply from 16 October 2023 until 30 April 2024. Standard rates will apply from 1 May 2024. 
  8. Cancellations received on or before 30 April 2024 will receive a full refund, less a R500 administration fee.
  9. Cancellations received on or before 1 May 2024 will receive a 50% refund, less a R500 administration fee.
  10. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 1 May 2024.
  11. Any registrations received after 1 May 2024 will not be entitled to any refund or credit. Only delegate substitutions will be permitted.
  12. Any refunds due are issued post-conference.

  • For Non members & students - a registration confirmation email and invoice will be sent to you within 48 hours. 
  • For members - a registration confirmation email and invoice will be sent to you within 72 hours once membership verification has been completed.
