TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Access to and attendance at the conference will only be confirmed on receipt of payment.
2. Payment is due prior to the start of the conference. In the event of the conference being sold out, preference will be given to persons who
have paid their registration in full.
3. All early-bird fees must be paid and cleared in the bank by the closing date of the early-bird time period, 08 November 2017. Failure to pay the
early-bird fee by such date will result in the delegate being liable for the full registration fees.
4. An invoice with the conference bank details will be sent within three business days after completing your registration. Should you not receive this, please contact
tammy@soafrica.com.
5. Receipts will only be issued once proof of payment has been received, and once the payment has cleared and been identified in the
conference bank account.
6. Proof of payment is to be emailed to Tammy Maart, tammy@soafrica.com.
7. Please ensure that all payments make clear reference to the delegate being paid for, with their unique registration ID number: (Name,
Surname, Registration ID number). Failure to do so could result in your payment not being identified in the bank account and therefore not being
allocated.
8. All payments must be made payable to SAVCA Conference.
9. Registrations are transferable to delegates who have not yet registered.
10. Delegates attending from countries outside South Africa are requested to make payment in South African rands (ZAR) and are responsible
for covering the full bank charges. The full delegate registration fee amount invoiced must appear in the conference bank account. Should this
not be the case, the delegate will need to pay the difference in cash on site before being allowed to participate in the Conference.
CANCELLATIONS AND TERMINATION OF REGISTRATIONS
1. On completion of this application you will be liable for the full amount of the registration fees subject to the cancellation conditions below.
2. All cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Secretariat – tammy@soafrica.com.
3. Cancellations received on or before 11 December 2017 will receive a full refund, less a R750 administration fee.
4. Cancellation received between 12 December 2017 and 5 February 2018 will receive a 50% refund.
5. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 5 February 2018.
6. Any registrations received after 5 February 2018 will not be entitled to any refund or credit, and such person will be liable for the full
registration fee as above.
7. All refunds due will only be issued after the Conference.
