Terms and Conditions:

1. Your membership will be verified prior to you receiving a PayFast link or invoice to pay via EFT.
2. Access to the SAVCA Private Equity Conference 2025 will only be confirmed on receipt of payment. 
3. Payment is due in line with the early bird deadline (5 February) to qualify for the discount, thereafter all outstanding fees must be paid 1 week prior to the start of the Conference (i.e. by 4 March 2025).
4. Please ensure that all payments make clear reference to the attendee being paid for.
5. You acknowledge and agree that SAVCA, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Conference, including but not limited to, the Conference date, name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators and times. 
6. You will receive Conference information on the email address you provide on this form. 
7. The registration information provided on this form will be used for Registration and Conference marketing / information purposes only.
8. Photos taken at the Conference will be used for SAVCA's marketing purposes. 
9. You acknowledge that you understand that this Conference may be recorded, and that it may be made available on SAVCA’s public platforms, including to its website, YouTube channel and social media pages.
10. Should the Conference be postponed, SAVCA will offer refunds or transferring of your registration to a future Conference date.
11. Early bird rates apply from 12 November 2024 until 5 February 2025. Standard rates will apply from 6 February 2025. 
12. Cancellations received on or before 5 January 2025 will receive a full refund, less a R500 administration fee.
13. Cancellations received on or before 5 February 2025 will receive a 50% refund, less a R500 administration fee.
14. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 5 February 2025.
15. Any registrations received after 5 February 2025 will not be entitled to any refund or credit.
16. Any refunds due are issued post-conference.
