Terms and Conditions:

  1. Your membership will be verified prior to you receiving a PayFast link or invoice to pay via EFT.
  2. Access to the SAVCA Private Equity Conference 2026 will only be confirmed on receipt of payment.
  3. Payment: to qualify for the early bird registration fee, early bird deadline (5 February) must be paid 1 week prior to the start of the Conference (i.e. 3 March 2026).
  4. Please ensure that all payments make clear reference to the INVOICE NUMBER or the DELEGATE NAME being paid for e.g. SAVCA INV-XXX / SAVCA 2026 - Name Surname
  5. You acknowledge and agree that SAVCA, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Conference, including but not limited to, the Conference date, name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators and times.
  6. You will receive Conference information on the email address you provide on this form.
  7. The registration information provided on this form will be used for Registration and Conference marketing / information purposes only.
  8. You consent to Photographs and/or videos being taken at the Conference that will be used for SAVCA's marketing purposes.
  9. Should the Conference be postponed, SAVCA will offer a transfer of your registration to a future Conference date or a refund (should you notify us within the revised required time periods of a cancelation)
  10. Early bird rates apply from Friday, 28 November 2025 until Friday, 13 February 2026. Standard rates will apply from Saturday, 14 February 2026.
  11. Cancellation Policy
    1. Cancellations received on or before 20 January 2026 will receive a full refund, less a R500 administration fee.
    2. Cancellations received on or before 20 February 2026 will receive a 50% refund, less a R500 administration fee.
    3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 20 February 2026.
    4. Any registrations received after 20 February 2026 will not be entitled to any refund or credit.
    5. No shows who have paid in full, will forfeit their conference fee in full
    6. No shows with an outstanding balance will be liable for the invoices generated
    7. Any refunds due will be issued post-conference.

An invoice with banking details for EFT payments and a PayFast link for card payments will be emailed to you within 72 hours.
